ESP Joins Networking Guru George Fraser and 1,000 Guests at Los Angeles Power Networking Event

(Tuesday, October 23, 2007 – Los Angeles, CA)

ESP CEO/President Everett Glenn, center, shares a power networking moment with the Mooney twins, sons of legendary and controversial comedian Paul Mooney.

ESP CEO/President Everett Glenn joined networking guru George Fraser of FraserNet and 1,000 guests at the Tabernacle at Faithful Central for a power networking event.  FraserNet is a global leadership network committed to economic development through education, training and empowerment for Black people.  Their focus is to train, educate and equip Black people with new skills, new thinking, and new approaches for personal, professional and financial success in the 21st Century.  The objectives of FraserNet are:

  • One: Build wealth that can be transferred inter-generational;
  • Two: Make Black people the No. 1 employer of Black people in the 21st Century.

FraserNet was founded July 1987 and is considered the world’s No.1 network for Black professionals worldwide with members in each state within the continental U.S. and throughout Canada, Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean.  Each year the organization puts on the largest Black networking business conference in the country and George estimates that over $500 million in business has been generated between members and partners since 1987.   FraserNet publishes Black America’s largest directory of Black professionals, business owners, community and political leaders.
Attendees were treated to George Fraser at his best and got access to powerful business leaders, government officials, and entrepreneurs.

George shared the six (6) new goals he believes Black people should be about in 2007 including:

  • Doubling Our Streams of Income
  • Increasing Our Business Relationships with Black people by 50%
  • Decreasing by 25% the money we spend with people/companies that do not support Black people or causes of importance to Black people
  • Saving and investing at least 12% of our annual income, 2% of which we should re-invest in ourselves
  • Declaring ourselves politically independent.  See No. 3 above.Saving one (1) child, other than your own, with special attention to Black boys.

Said ESP President Everett Glenn, “George has his finger on the pulse of what is happening now and his insight continues to be right on point.  There is no telling what God will do if we would just come together and get all that He has in store for us.”

Besides a host of vendors ranging from Wells Fargo to the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, those in attendance were treated to the wonderful sound of Mariea Antoinette on harp.  Ms. Antoinette has performed in a variety of venues including a pre-Grammy luncheon for Mary J. Blige and Ludacris, Kayne West’s pre-Grammy party, and with Ne-Yo at the 2006 and 2007 BET Awards.
